How to get artifact questline to be able to queue for legion dungeons

Hi! I'm new to WoW and have been enjoying dungeons, I started a demon hunter account and did all the quest in the starter area eventually reaching lvl107, I talked to one of the spirit things in Dalaran and got the artifact weapon but it still says I can't queue for a legion dungeon. I've read that theres a questline I have to do but I also can't find it. Any help would be appreciated!

Legión Dungeon Finder doesnt work in bfa but although It worked nobody queues , people prefer missions ir killing mobs
