Posted January 16, 2021 (edited) Hello @Waerk, if one of your characters has been deleted you can restore it in Firestorm Shop → choose realm → and in menu select Character deleted. There you can choose which character you want to restore. If it was not you who deleted that character I would suggest you to use two factor authentication which can be enabled in Accout information section in account profile. Also, if you share your account with somebody, you should stop doing it in case of account theft. I would also recommend you to change your account password. If you will have same issue in the future please post it to correct section on forums, because this is suggestions section only.
