Can't login on my account but i can login on others

Hello the problem is that today when i was doing black temple, the door were bugged and i tried to relog, after that i couldnt log back in because it always disconnects me, i tried my other account and it worked perfectly but it doesnt work on this one for some reason. The account works on other expansions but not on mop.

Any help?
