This is kind of in-game bug or idk, i bought a mount for 120 puntos, but i dont have it in collection, can´t even summon it though macro. It´s bought in legion. I´m heading for refundation of my 120 points or adding the mount somehow into my collection. 

I also want to ask if it is possible to refund 300 pts equip item from actual content and ilvl (455) on bfa. 

Submitted this on shop support alredy but haven´t got an answer.
