Severe punishments for AFK player / potential abuse of PvP

The constant afk players in pvp are clearly aware of what they are doing and destroying the PvP of this server. There are several instances of these characters moving slightly so they are logged in.

I am ACCUSING  THESE ACCOUNTS as being alt accounts that  being used specifically fill other factions pvp queue to only afk so that are essentially fight against less players.

GM's need to give out bans with these accounts ASAP.
