LATENCY HELP PLS I WANNA PLAY

I started playing few days ago and since then i noticed i needed 3 sec to pick up loot from killed monsters. I started searching on internet whats the problem, and i found out how to check ms, latency. I have 130-160ms both world and home. Now, generally id guess its because im from Serbia, but i have some friends that live att same place where i live and they dont have problem, or they had it but they fixed it by deleting cache, and unchecking the first thing in Network options in game. I did that and it didnt help me at all. Also i restarted my router, game and pc, nothing helped. I have a strong internet connection and i was playing on warmane before and i never had any network issues, also i just finished a game of league of legends where i had 50ms, but then i closed it and opened wow, boop, 130ms. Can someone help me please im desperate i wanna play so bad

Idk my firneds just said that loot interaction just works like that, its not ping. Also, my spells work just fine, no delay, but why then 140ms constantly

I played before dragonflight season 1 is good ,after change and update server 10.0.5 is not good latency for me .some one know help me pls.

me too I play from Cambodia (Asia) before patch 10.0.2 I play normal my ms around 200 but now cannot play ms so high around 1k to 2k.
If someone can help please.
