bugs Getting a specific tmog item

I'm new to the forum and I don't know if I can ask such questions here so I apologize in advance. 

I wanted to get a specific one hand sword for a transmog called Admiral Taylor's Cutlass. The thing about this specific item is that you can get it only on 2 seperate quests (1 in STV and the other in the WoD campaign) and both quests are bugged and there's no way to get that sword. I wanted to ask how and IF I can get that specific item, since it would benefit my transmog. Thanks in advance.

Hello, 

the item isn't on the shop either sadly. I've tried to trigger the event in STV that would spawn the 10 mobs that you need to kill in order to finish the quest and get the sword. Sadly you can't proceed as the pirate quest givers are bugged.
