Turalyon Quest Bug

Hello there.
So I was doing the Argus campaign and I talked to High Exarch Turalyon and recieved a quest named "Prisoners no more" and I completed it. There was a second quest named "Threat Reduction" but I can't see it anymore. Turalyon is now next to Aggonar and I can't interact with him. I can't continue my progress on the campaign. There was few more topics like this one but they were only marked as [solved] without any solution given as a comment. Also I tried to make a ticket in game but when I tried to send it it says "Error uploading GM ticket" 
Please help me

Yeah. I also have that issue Doesn't let me interact with Aggonar and Turalyon ._. guess im stuck
