[Accepted][Bugtracker suggestion] New section.

In my opinion, it would be wise to add a new section to the bugtracker (at least on the MoP one) to report achievements.

We will release a new bugtracker soon and achievement section will be there.

We also plan to rework achievement system to fix lot of them on MoP and WoD realms.
