Mage followers

So I recently started playing mage and a lot of the missions in class hall have to be skipped beacuse I don't have a follower available

with the blizzard spell. Is there any way to get one of those? And also a question on the lvl 100 followers: Is there any way to increase their level?

Who told "followers"? I'm working on instagram promotion, so I think only about these followers =D
I'm newbie in this game and don't know much, but i can advise you how to get real followers in IG and how to unfollow ghosts who don't follow you back - it's fast-unfollow.com
