General

• Fixed mana regeneration of Restoration Shaman.

Raids, Dungeons and Instances

• General:
  • The damage formula of creatures has been rewritten, small trash mobs should now deal less damage, big trash mobs should now deal a bit more damage, and bosses should deal more damage.

Battlegrounds & Arenas

• Player vs. Player:
  • Added the following rewards:

      • Note: You will receive these on your next login after reaching Prestige 1 - Honor Level 50. Players who already progressed (Prestige 2 or higher), will automatically receive the item depending on their faction at next login.

General Spells

• Fixed many generic range issues.
• Fixed http://wowhead.com/spell=195425 now correctly blunts a part of incoming melee attacks.
• Fixed artifact traits bug, where sometimes traits don't increase stamina/damage.
• Fixed all artifact spells that increase max energy/rage, now resource won’t stay stuck on 0 after some teleports or equip/unequip item.
