[Declined] Disable chat channles in BGs

I believe there is a needs to be a turn off in BGs like Arena has,
turn off /y /s /w becuase i've been noticed harrassment,
trash talkers and the likes in these channles.

yea and those harrassments are not taken serious and people when reported so i guess every chat feature except battleground group chat should be disabled
