  1. Greetings, players! After five months, it is time to say goodbye to the current Season 3! This Season will end many things, such as the Cosmic Gladiator PvP Season, the current Mythic+ affix (Encrypted) and the current pool of Mythic+ dungeons. However, this doesn't mean the adventure ends here... Season 4 will bring a few new and exciting, interesting things. First, the new PvP Season, called Eternal Gladiator, will start. The Season will also get a whole new pool of Mythic+ dungeons, a New Affix (Shrouded) and a new mechanic to all currently existing SL raids and World Bosses called Fated! Despite not adding new dungeons or raids, this will add new content to all existing content, having new ways to re-experiment all the content, with new challenges to overcome! This new Season will be implemented in Oribos and start on Monday, May 8th, at 10:00! Note: This means both the Valor and Conquest points will be reset as soon as the season starts. As always, we will dig deep into each feature of this Season. Let's go! NEW PVE SEASON Season 3 ends, and Season 4 starts! This new Season will bring two big things to the realm, which will be thoroughly detailed next. The first one is a new feature called Fated Raids, where players will have a new challenge for all the old raids from Shadowlands and better rewards. The second one is a new Mythic+ dungeon pool, but this time, many dungeons come from old expansions such as BFA, Legion and Draenor! This Season will be perfect for reliving old content and finding a new challenge in old content! Of course, this new Season will have recent obtainable achievements and rewards based on the seasonal Mythic+ Rating achieved at any point during the Season: Shadowlands Keystone Explorer: Season Four: Attain a Mythic+ Rating of at least 750 during Shadowlands Season Four. Shadowlands Keystone Conqueror: Season Four: Attain a Mythic+ Rating of at least 1500 during Shadowlands Season Four. Title reward: %s the Shrouded. Shadowlands Keystone Master: Season Four: Attain a Mythic+ Rating of at least 2000 during Shadowlands Season Four. Mount reward: Restoration Deathwalker Since this was already applied before, there will be no Valor Cap during the following Season, and it will remain like this with no changes. FATED MECHANIC This new feature is one of the central core mechanics of Season 4. Thanks to this new mechanic, even previous Shadowlands Raids and World Booses will become relevant again, adding a new challenge to all the previously visited places. Each week, a new rotation of raids and World Bosses will be applied, in which one raid and the World bosses associated with that raid will become Fated: During the first week of the release of Season 4, the raid Castle Nathria will start the cycle as Fated, while the other raids will remain untouched. Because of this, one of the World bosses associated with the raid's zone will also become Fated: Valinor, Mortanis, Oranomonos the Everbranching or Nurgash Muckformed. After the first week, the next raid, Sanctum of Domination, will become fated. The World Boss Mor'geth in the Maw will also be Fated. After that, the next raid will be Sepulcher of the First Ones, with the World Boss Antros in Zereth Mortis becoming Fated for that week. After that, the cycle will start again, Castle Nathria will be Fated, and so on! But what does Fated mean? What does it change? First, Fated will be a new mode that will be applied to every difficult mode of the raid, which means that the raid will have Fated Raid Finder, Fated Normal, Fated Heroic and Fated Mythic, respectively. Each difficult mode will have its rewards and associated achievements. Here, you can see a table of the rewards depending on what modality you are doing each raid: Note: The items obtained from Fated World Booses will have a fixed item level of 285, and the highest iLvl for each raid will only be dropped from the final 2 - 3 bosses of each raid. It will also increase the item level of the Conduits looted: When a raid is Fated, the enemies will be stronger, and new mechanics will be present during the encounter. Think about this as if the raid was on Mythic+ mode, with affixes that will determine the course of the raid. While only one Fated Power will usually be available at all times, a second one can be activated using the Titan Console at the start of each raid: Chaotic Essence, Creation Spark, Protoform Barrier and Reconfiguration Emitter. More information about it can be seen in this Wowhead guide: https://www.wowhead.com/guide/fated-raid-affixes-shadowlands-season-4#fated-raid-affixes. This new mechanic will bring new challenges to players and, obviously, achievements for those capable of overcoming them. In addition, some will get unique titles, teleports to raids, and even a unique mount! The Fated mechanic will also bring a new way to upgrade the newly obtained Fated Items to their version in Heroic and Mythic using Cyphers obtained from looting bosses in those difficulty modes. You will also be able to acquire specific pieces directly using the elusive Puzzling Cartel Dinars and spending them on specific sellers around the Great Vault in Oribos! This guide has more information about upgrading and purchasing items using these resources. MYTHIC+ DUNGEONS AND POOL When the next Season starts, we will have a change in the entire pool of dungeons! As a difference from the previous seasons, this one will have a pool of dungeons from past expansions. The first six dungeons are both wings of the mega-dungeons released in past expansions (Tazavesh from Shadowlands, Operation: Mechagon from Battle for Azeroth, and Return to Karazhan from Legion), as well as two dungeons from the Warlords of Draenor expansion! The list of dungeons is as follows: Tazavesh: Streets of Wonder, from Shadowlands Tazavesh: So'leah’s Gambit, from Shadowlands Operation Mechagon: Junkyard, from Battle for Azeroth Operation Mechagon: Workshop, from Battle for Azeroth Return to Karazhan: Lower, from Legion Return to Karazhan: Upper, from Legion Grimrail Depot, from Warlords of Draenor Iron Docks, from Warlords of Draenor On top of that, there will be a new Seasonal Affix for Mythic+, and it'll be Shrouded! This new affix will spawn an NPC from Cartel Ta at the beginning of each dungeon. This NPC will show bounties to hunt dreadlords inside the dungeon, rewarding stacks of secondary stat bonuses, which will last for the duration of the dungeon! Players will get one stat or another depending on the type of bounty. This will cause certain NPCs to be replaced by dreadlords with visual aura, making them easier to spot. There's more to cover about this affix, so we recommend players check out this guide. There will be several achievements for completing different dungeons on a Mythic Level 20 or more within the time limit. Each achievement (for Grimrail Depot, Iron Docks, Return to Karazhan, Operation: Mechagon and Tazavesh) will also grant a teleport portal so you can go there immediately. ETERNAL GLADIATOR PVP SEASON With the end of Season 3 on Oribos, the Cosmic Gladiator season will finish, and in its place, the Eternal Gladiator Season will be active on the server. This means ending the current Season 3 and distributing all the rewards to the winners, including seasonal rewards and Firestorm points! You can find a post here detailing all the rewards that will be distributed and the tiers of winners. With this new Season, we will restart the leaderboards, and the Season should remain active for the next 5 to 6 months. It will also bring a significant gain on the item level of the PvP items. Here you can see a table of the new iLvl for the Eternal Gladiator items: Everything else should remain the same. However, this guide shows you all the information about the costs of upgrading items and sellers. BORIS IS BACK Of course, he is! After spending a few weeks hunting Easter Eggs and having fun, he's back to aid players on their adventures during this new Season! And what better way to do this than offering a Character Level boost to Level 60 with essential gear? It may not be much, but it's honest work. And did we mention that he's doing it for free? However, he'll be gone by May 15th, so don't wait too much! He will boost one character per account starting on May 8th; the perfect opportunity to try a new character class! He will also be waiting on every other expansion, giving a character boost on each realm. If you want to try older expansions, this is a good opportunity! And that will be all for the content of this new Season! Although it does not have unique content per se (regarding newly released dungeons or raids), this new system will allow players to have a new challenge in many different places, with improved rewards and achievements! We will monitor the progress of the best guilds in terms of Fated raids and the best players during this Eternal Gladiator's PvP season. We hope to see a lot of players giving their all to be on top of the lists and become the best of the best! Very soon, we will start talking about our current development of Dragonflight. Do not worry, we've already developed quite some content, but we want to wait a bit more before we can start hyping you guys with the new expansion. Let's end this expansion with the culmination of Season 4! Until then, we hope you have a fantastic week, and we'll see you soon! The Firestorm Team
  2. mac

Hi everyone, i decided to start play SL with some friends but as mac user i'm having some problems. Launcher does not work (tried to fix but nothing changed) so i downloaded the full client from the posted guide. It tooks a lot but finally i'm on the login page! But now there's no realm list. How can i fix it? Thanks all
  3. With Oribos, our SL Realm updating to 9.2.7 on Monday, December 12th, you will need to update your client to connect! We've made it as simple as possible. Continue reading for a simple tutorial. If you want to ensure you can play right when the update arrives, we advise you to prepare your client in advance. Do not worry, as keeping the original "Wow.exe" from the original WoW 9.1.5 client will allow you to open the game in that version! Amazing, right? NB: The full client downloads every game data right away: it takes longer to download and requires software like qBittorrent, but once it's done, you will have the whole game ready. The minimal client is smaller and faster to download but will then download missing data as you play, slowing you down. FOR WINDOWS: You have the 9.1.5 or any Shadowlands client, and you want to update it: Download the 9.2.7 .exe here: http://fstorm.cc/927 (it is compressed in a .zip) Open your FS SL client folder, where your current .exe is located, place the .zip you just downloaded there, and extract it. You will have two .exe. "WoW 9.2.7 Firestorm.exe" will allow you to enter into the server with the client as 9.2.7, and the old one will allow you to enter as the old game version you had. You are using the launcher: Restart your launcher once the 9.2.7 update is applied on Oribos: it will download the missing files. You don't have the game yet and want to start playing on 9.2.7 Here is the full torrent. This is the full client, so it's best to have the best gameplay and stable experience! Or, here is the minimal client link: http://fstorm.cc/927. Just extract it in an empty folder and start the .exe! Please note: The first time you will open the 9.2.7 client, if it weren't downloaded from the full torrent, it would take a bit of time (between 2-5 minutes) to download the missing files, but in the meantime, nothing will appear on your screen, that's normal! Do not open it multiple times, just once, and then wait a bit. Once it's done, you will be fully set up! FOR MAC: We sadly do not have any solution for mac for now! But do not worry: as soon as we have it, we will provide it so everyone can update their client and play Firestorm with us! If you have trouble updating, you can contact our staff members on the support channel of our Discord, or you can create a forum post here.
  4. PVP SEASON 2 REWARDS The current patch of Shadowlands, Patch 9.1.5, is coming to an end, and a new patch is about to start as well: Patch 9.2, Eternity's End! With the arrival of this new patch, we are saying goodbye to the current PvP season, the Unchained Gladiator one, and we welcome the new one, the PvP Season 3: Cosmic Gladiator! Of course, we are putting here the reward tiers that will be distributed as soon as the new patch begins, following these ranges: Rewards have been distributed in the 2v2 bracket: Titles and Achievements: Top 7: The achievement Unchained Gladiator: Shadowlands Season 2 and Gladiator: Shadowlands Season 2, which grants the title Unchained Gladiator, and the mount unchained Gladiator's Soul Eater. Top 15: Gladiator: Shadowlands Season 2 and the mount unchained Gladiator's Soul Eater. We also rewarded the top 50 players with Firestorm Points, following this scale: Top 1-10: 1500 Firestorm Points. Top 11-20: 700 Firestorm Points. Top 21-30: 455 Firestorm Points. Top 31-50: 240 Firestorm Points. Congratulations to every participant! The Cosmic Gladiator season will start as soon as the patch is implemented in Oribos. Alongside it, is a new feature called PvP Brawl: Solo Shuffle! Don't forget to give it a go, and good luck with it! (It's been explained in this post). Thank you for your interest, and we hope you enjoy the new patch, Eternity's End! Have a great day. The Firestorm Team
  5. Greetings, players! The server merge has been completed! A guide was created with further information about the merge process itself, which can be seen here: Since both servers were using the same content and were under the same patch, it was deemed a good idea to perform this merge. This way, both player groups will have the same item level and gear, with the added advantage of being together, which means more friends to find, more foes to fight, and more adventures to have! HOW TO JOIN OUR SERVER On our webpage, players will be able to use the option Merge Account to be able to merge their Freakz account into Firestorm (or even to turn their Freakz account into a brand new Firestorm one)! By doing so, all the progress, including characters, mounts, toys, transmogs, titles, pets, achievements, etc... will be added to their Firestorm account, and all of the character progress, including character-bound features (titles, mounts, etc...) will also be transferred! This will also include the store balance left and deleted characters. However, Freakz users will also be able to play on Firestorm without the need of merging their accounts, and even without having to update or change their game client! They will be able to use their Freakz username (not email) and password to connect using the Firestorm client (or even their previous WoW-Freakz client), and they will be able to access everything they had! Not only that, but they will also be able to gather Loyalty Points through Jeanne and even spend the Loyalty Points and the Donation Points converted from their Freakz account in the in-game shop to purchase gear, mounts, transmogs, and more! Note that they will not be able to use the Firestorm shop, as the shop still requires them to connect to the website to access it. Without a Firestorm account, Freakz players won't be able to use our website features (such as account management, update credentials, etc...), so we advise them to merge their account to a Firestorm account (even if it's a brand new one) so they can unlock their true potential! About the guilds, everything will also be merged, including guild member rooster, guild bank, gold, achievements, level, and progress. Nothing will be lost! REPEATED NAMES AND GUILDS Regarding characters having the same name on both Freakz and Firestorm, and guilds having that same problem, we will follow the following rules: - Character names: we will give priority to those that are level 60. If both are, then we will give priority to the character that is active (connected at least once in the last 60 days). If both are active (or inactive), we will ultimately decide on total playtime. The character who doesn't get the priority will be renamed to "#rename" and will be given a free character rename. Note: All permanently banned Freakz accounts will still merge, but all of the characters will be automatically renamed into "#rename". - Guild names: we will give priority to those whose guild master is active (connected at least once in the last 60 days). If both guilds are active, then we will ultimately decide by total member count. If both guilds are inactive, then we will put an extra tag on the guild that comes from Freakz. As an example, if the guild is called "Warriors", then the Freakz's guild would be called "Warriors - Freakz" instead. If the active guild is from Freakz instead, then the other guild would be called "Warriors - Firestorm". The guild master of the non-priority guild will be able to redeem a free guild rename through Shop Support, so they can rename their guild for free! (Only if the guild contains "- Firestorm" or "- Freakz"). Finally, we would like to welcome every new Freakz player to our server! We really appreciate the fact that you have chosen us, and do not forget that our entire Game Master team and our Developer team will be here to give you the support and to provide the quality that you all deserve! We hope everyone has a great week, and welcome Freakz users!
  6. Is there a option to just skip SL intro quests, like all 4 zones? I know there is a SL story skip in the store, but that includes lvl 60 and 184+ ilvl.. But thats not what im wondering, i mean a skip only, no other boosts..
  7. Greetings everyone! As we previously announced, next Wednesday, April 13th, all ratings will be reset and we are going to start the new season on Oribos in order to have a new challenge, so make sure to prepare your partner and of course your champion. PVP SEASON Let's get into the rewards thresholds of the previous season; 2v2 bracket: Titles and Achievements; Top 7: Sinful Gladiator: Shadowlands Season 1, Gladiator: Shadowlands Season 1, Sinful Gladiator and Sinful Gladiator's Soul Eater. Top 15: Gladiator: Shadowlands Season 1 and Sinful Gladiator's Soul Eater. Not only that but also there will be Firestorm points that are going to be distributed as the following; Top 1-10: 1500 Firestorm Points. Top 11-20: 700 Firestorm Points. Top 21-30: 455 Firestorm Points. Top 31-50: 240 Firestorm Points. KORRAK'S REVENGE (ALTERAC VALLEY CLASSIC) We decided that it's better to give some information about the newest opened Battleground on our servers at the moment which is "Korrak's Revenge (Alterac Valley Classic)", this BG is the PvP special event during WoW's Anniversary that puts players in the classic Alterac Valley. First, The levels on that battleground doesn't matter because players can enter it with different levels. The goal from the battleground is to gain levels and gear. Your level will be increased until 60, not only that but also the gear ilvl can be increased to 158. Second, Capturing towers and all that stuff in the battleground will increase the multiplier for gaining experience. Third, With Timewalking currency, you can purchase some items which some of them can be listed as the following: Also, Other than that, there will be a vendor that sells Timewarp gear and it will be a better option for low level players. Finally, You have to know that all quests are daily, some are repetitive but we will exclude the Battle of Alterac Valley quest which is weekly. We can say this battleground will be a good addition to low level players to gain levels fast so gather your friends and prepare yourself for that challenge that will re-ignite the spark of war! Congratulations to all the winners and good luck for this new season! Have a great day, The Firestorm Team
  8. Greetings everyone! It's been less than a month since we mentioned our upcoming stuff on Oribos and we definitely didn't lie about that since we are here today to let you know that all of the stuff are ready to go into our server. As we said before, everything looks good since the release and we spend most of our time if not all on improving the current content with working on new ones. We can say that we are close to be done with 9.0 & 9.05 content and our next plan will be 9.1 but it will take some time which is not that far too so don't worry. That's why we keep releasing new stuff such us our full time & week-end events that can make your stay with us enjoyable and busy you during that time. So i guess it's time to dig in and see what we are going to get now, lets go! RECRUIT A FRIEND We will start with "Recruit a Friend" system that we mentioned before, it's now a new and improved one. In a simpler way: You will be able to recruit a friend using an easy way and in return you both will receive some exclusive rewards, lets not talk about it here more than we said since you can find a detailed topic about that here, make sure to read it! MYTHIC + TIMEWALKING BATTLE FOR AZEROTH Now moving to our next and most wanted content "Timewalking", it wasn't that hard to do in such small time since our developers spent their full time to get that content ready so you have extra stuff to do. It's time to make your footstep into Timewalking dungeons and try to earn your place among the best players to get the rewards you deserve. We've made a separate topic in details about Timewalking, how will it work and the rewards you will get in return. You can find all information here. SHOP PROMO Yep! it's as you saw, we will have Easter Promo! You will get the opportunity to get +30% addition points on each purchase of Firestorm Points. The promotion will be up from Wednesday, April 13th until Monday, April 18th. To purchase Firestorm Points check here, then you can spend them at any time on the Firestorm Shop. The Firestorm Team wishes you all a happy Easter! EGG HUNT We can't get away from here without the Easter Egg hunt! You will be able to participate in the Easter Egg hunt if you're playing on Shadowlands (Oribos) since you will be able to seek for eggs, some hidden, some in plain sight, so lets see what you will find! These eggs will be spread all over the places: In order to get what is inside, you simply need to click on them. You will receive random loots with the possibility of getting rare collectibles! This event will be up from Friday, April 15th, until Monday, April 18th, don't miss it out! PVP SEASON It's not a surprise anymore but it's needed at the moment, we can't leave you without a new season challenge. On Wednesday, April 13th, the current season will be reset and a new season will start, so prepare your champion for a new challenge incoming! Rewards of the previous season will be distributed as soon as possible, you can find more information about the rewards here. The PvP tournament is still being worked on, we didn't forget about it because we want to make something great for our players, not just a normal one. Just keep your eyes on our upcoming announcements. Note: Alterac Valley (Korrak's Revenge), we have given a small brief about that largest Battleground (up to 40v40), it's enabled right now and it has a lot of special rewards and those rewards will be replenished depending on the build. You can read more about it and its rewards here. As you read, we have so many features and events to give, all you have to do is to enjoy what we are providing, you will be busy the whole time with us here. It's very important to get your attention with us because entertainment is our main goal here. We hope you will enjoy all the events and features we have now, and that's not only what we are able to give, there is more and more! Have a nice weekend, The Firestorm Team
  9. Mythic + Timewalking Battle for Azeroth Greetings Firestorm players! Timeworn Keystone has the same level as your current Shadowlands Mythic+ Keystone. You need to know that completing BFA Timewalking Mythic+ dungeons will count towards the Great Vault requirements. Have a nice day, The Firestorm Team
  10. Title: Copy characters to Shadowlands realm (Oribos) Type: Shop Description: It would be nice to be able to copy characters from previous expansions to Shadowlands. I'm sure this is a much needed feature as many players find themselves in the same boat, some even asked in world_en chat in game if this was possible. Currently we can't copy characters further than Legion, as someone who had a lot of alts back in the day and not being able to play any of them in current expansion I can definitely say this would be a great addition to the Shop.
LG Neo
  12. Greetings everyone ! Yes, Shadowlands is coming soon. We've been working on it for the past months, and things are improving day by day on almost every aspect of the game ! It's not ready yet, but we'll soon be able to open a PTR like we did for Battle for Azeroth: a closed-access realm with invites being granted at an increasing rate. This will happen in November, so we're close ! It's planned to have it going for around a month with some content being added, switched with others to make sure everything gets reviewed so that the actual release of our realm happens as smoothly as possible ! When the time comes, another announcement will be made with details on how to download the client, what content will be available to test etc. Important thing to note: we'll release the client in 9.1 directly (but starting with 9.0 content, as usual) to allow for smoother updates and get the 9.1 class balance. We still have a month to make sure we're ready for that PTR release (and we'll be working as hard as ever !) but we wanted to share the current state of affairs with you to give you a better idea of what you can expect ! We're gonna remain focused on the state of each feature rather than a thorough explanation of what they are, but we'll include links so you can read about them if you' want to know more about the Shadowlands specifics We're really excited for this as we're sure most of you also are, so without further ado: Exile's Reach: This is the new level 1-10 zone where every race will make their baby steps. Much more "casual friendly" than what we currently had up until BFA, everyone will have to go through there first. It's gonna be finished in a few days and then our QA will test it so it's been properly tested before it ends up on the PTR. If you want more info, you can check this guide Chromie Time: This feature allows every player reaching level 11 to chose on which expansion they want to level up, scaling every creature & quests up to level 50. At first, we'll force everyone to chose for BFA since this is our best-scripted expansion (which has already been fully retested on SL). This means that alongside Exile's Reach, all of the leveling should be smooth & without any bugs ! In the future, we'll script Legion, and then eventually other expansions choices. If you want more info, you can check this guide Shadowlands' Intro: Starting automatically once you reach level 50, you'll go to ICC to begin your new journey, then to The Maw for some quests which then leads to Oribos, the expansion's main city. Already tested, it's working really well. Shadowlands' new zones: Bastion (level 50-52) - Madraxxus (level 52-54) - Ardenweald (level 54-57) - Revendreth (level 57 - 60) are all fully scripted including the World Quests, excepted for Bastion which should be finished in the following weeks. All 4 of them will be available on the PTR. The Maw (level 60+) while you'll be getting in and out of it during your leveling, the zone itself at max level hasn't been worked on yet, but since it's not much (short questline + a few dailies / weeklys / rares) it might be available for the PTR, albeit not right away. It's supposed to be the prerequisite to access Thorgast, but we will remove that condition on PTR if needed ! If you want more info, you can check this guide Torghast: 3 Wings (out of 6) are currently working, and almost all anima powers are scripted. The intro questline will be worked on soon, which includes some scenarios inside of Thorgast so you can get a grasp of its functioning. If you want more info, you can check this guide Covenants: Those 4 families (linked to the first 4 zones of Shadowlands) will have enough chapters scripted so you can access their spells, conduits, soulbinds, followers, missions & callings. They aren't ready yet, but should be for the PTR (maybe not right away, but during its time). If you want more info, you can check this guide Dungeons: All 8 should be available for the release, most during the PTR. Some are in a more advanced state than others (3 of them aren't fully scripted yet but should be soon). Affixes have been scripted & updated, and the rewards as well (including the new weekly chest, which has been redesigned entirely !) If you want more info, you can check this guide Raid: Castle Nathria: Every bosses are scripted in all difficulties, and testings have started progressively (first wings having received more feedback than last ones). It will be fully available on the PTR so you can check it thoroughly ! If you want more info, you can check this guide Legendaries: The crafting system has been scripted for a while, and so were most of the spells but because of their complex nature some are still in need of a review. They should be available for the PTR. If you want more info, you can check this guide Classes: As mentioned it will be 9.1 balancing, and their scripting has begun recently. Everything will be fully ready for the actual release, with the finishing touches applied during PTR time. This pretty much does it ! As you can see, most of the new systems are at least almost finished for the dev part, and testings have started for a while now. We haven't gone in depth of their core functioning because this would be fairly long, but we advise you to read the linked guides, which contain every information you may need ! Shadowlands brings a lot of new things that you will (re)discover soon, so having a bit of information beforehand can't hurt ! When the PTR opening date is set, we will provide more detailed guides of the available systems, as well as how you can help improving their quality for the release: we'll first invite our most active players, while steadily expanding the filter. There isn't much more to wait, and with the new PVP season & the MDI on Sethraliss you should have plenty of things to do while increasing your chances to be selected first for the PTR ! While all this happens, our developers and Quality Assurance members are giving their best We'll see you in a few weeks for more information regarding Shadowlands, in the meantime we wish you a nice experience on Firestorm ! Thank you for your time and fidelity, The Firestorm Team
