Hi, playing on all other realsm of firestorm, basically, but can not log into account with same email/pass. Any suggestions?

Hi All, I wanted to ask if anyone encountered a situation where Pet were disappearing from collection. First ever was when I dropped Jeepers pet on Dragonflight server. I added it, and then it disappeared. But lately something more sinister happeend in the context of the game - I purchased a trading post pet for 400 points (Bluedoo) and also had been selling around 12 pet on the Action House (Teardrp Moth, Skarn, Shalewing from Zaralek Cavern Rares). They were auctioned at different prices and all disappeared - nothing in mail or warehouse. Is there something that can be done to restore it? Can someone look up my history of character and confirm that this banished? Appreciate any assistance.
