Tell me how is this legit and blizz-like on a 35% versatility Paladin with Defense aura? Instant 70% hp delete?

Someone explain this pls ..Im Proevil and i'm not sure if Dragonboones got a DC or went off but why did i get a minus rating for winning ? Its not my fault he went off.. And in this faulty mmr , its so difficult to go up the ladder.. Its extremely frustrating

My chars are at level 45. I could boost 2 chars and then i could not boost my 3rd char to lvl 60 in Dragonflight. What is the solution?
