GM please answer my ticket https://firestorm-servers.com/en/report/see_report/114007 i dont have my characters in game and cant play the merger didnt really work out for me....

I merged successfully my Freakz account with the FS account and I can see my characters on the server site but when I log in my account ingame with the FS launcher, I have 0 characters ?! Any GM assistance anywhere ???

I managed to log in my Firestorm account, but I have 0 characters there ?! while when i log in my account on the server site I have all my characters there ... Help please

I successfully merged my accounts but I cant use my Freakz launcher and using my Firestorm account ....
