    I'm trying to purchase this item on grumble and my binding offer keeps getting rejected because it says I'm "close to my sending limit." On the PayPal website, it says I need to verify my card and then a few days later, a short code and the $2 they take will appear on my bank statement. However, doesn't the bank statement typically arrive around two weeks after the month ends?
