Hey so I'm having this weird issue where I cannot create legendaries. For some reason I cannot interact with the guy since Primus replaced him. And as you can see on screenshots i think I have to progress on my chains of domination questline to get rid of primus from torghast but I cannot progress in my Chains of Domination questline since it's telling me to finish my covenant questline. Butt I cannot finish that either since its not giving me the 6th chapter quest as it should. An absolute mess which is triggering me ....
