Hello I´m doing a questline on Earthen Dwarfs. The problem is that the questline "Mourning Rise" is not there. According to the youtube video, I have to go to a certain location where the dwarf "Korgran" is supposed to be. When I got to that location, there was nothing there, just a massage from him. Is this mission bugged? Can Earthen dwarf be bought? What should I do to get him? PS: For people without brains. Yes, I went according to the youtube video.

But the problem is that when I get that place according to the video, there´s only a massage and no NPCs there.
