Hello, Whenever I click the hero's call board at any place in the game it just says There is nothing interesting posted right now, it has been doing that since the start of the game. What could be wrong ?

Hello, I have been playing BFA 8.2 for a while as an alliance pandaren, now at lvl 84, I have experienced so many problems with most of quests and still do. Most of the problems are with quest items being clicked an not doing anything, or cinematics getting stuck for example in "vision of the past" or simply not starting like in "king's keep" ...etc Should I re-download my game ? Any suggestions, please ?
