character recovery My character it's missing

Hello, i came back into this server after pandashan merged with the other serves and became "Firestorm" i had a lvl 90 monk human in mist of pandaria expansion and i was full "pvp honor" set. Also, i had some gold and important itens in my account. It's very sad to see that my character is missing from my account, i already bought "cash" here once (or twice) in my account. Something very weird it's the fact that i can still use my mounts that i got with this character, this means that it's the same account, also i lost a lvl 60 panda monk and other characters. I really want my character back because i'm thinking about giving up playing here since i want to play with a monk again and i dont wanna level up from 0 . Thanks for the attention, if any GM could check my account and do something about my character i would be very thankful. What i lost wasn't simply a character, it  was alot of time that i spent farming and leveling up. OBS: I already tried unblocking my characters but the main reason ( i think) that makes it impossible it's that it wasn't in the same server as my other characters are, and yes, i already merged the accounts and did the recovery, that's why i can use my old mounts.

About your problem, we can try to see whats going wrong, but we need a little more information:

1- Acc name

2 -  Characters name that is missing

3 - When was the last time you played with that monk
